As part of the ETKIN Group—founded in 1988—we leverage almost four decades of experience in design, contracting, management, consulting and trade.The company is led by a skilled management team consisting of Mr. Fevzi Durgun, Mr. Mesut Ramazan Tanıtmış, and Mr. Rasim Emrah Mazıcı.

1988
Establishment of Etki Foodstuff Ind. & Trading Ltd. Co. facilitated the distribution of Algida ice cream within the Bursa region. The company exited the sector in 2019 through the transfer of its business operations
1994
Establıshment of Etkin Services Co. to address the demands of operating and maintaining facilities. In 2013, a strategic partnership was formed when Atalian Global Services acquired a 51% stake in the company, with the share transfer fully completed by 2017
